[LinuxUsers] fixing dirty NTFS dismount with *nix tools

Hey guys, today I used LinEn to forensically image some hard drives.  I 
suppose I had a dirty NTFS dismount, so rather than fixing it, I just 
reformatted in Windows XP and tried it again with NTFS-3g

What is the best "Linux"-y way to fix this?
